Abstrakt: This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different dosage of mildew inhibitor on the water activity and storage time of high moisture feed. Three feeds with different moisture and three gradients of ammonium propionate compound mildew prevention agent were set up in the experiment, and stored in two different conditions of high temperature and humidity (temperature 37.5 °, humidity 75%) and normal temperature (temperature 20~25 °, humidity 50%~70%), respectively, to explore the changes of water activity and total mold count of the feed with the prolongation of storage time. The results showed that when the water activity reached about 0.770, the total mold count always increased rapidly. Under the storage condition of high temperature and high humidity, the test materials of all experimental groups were stored for about 40 days, and the storage time was not different. Under normal temperature conditions, the higher the amount of anti-mildew agent added, the longer the storage time of the test material. Research shows that the feed with 12.8%~13.3% moisture, adding 0.8 kg/t anti-mildew agent can prolong the odor change time. The feed with 1.2 kg/t fungicide and 12.5% moisture can be kept for more than 90 d, and the total amount of mold in the feed did not increase. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
