Abstrakt: Cervical dystonic tremor, dystonia, dysphonia, NMDA encephalitis Previously, limbic autoimmune encephalitis presenting as dysarthria[5] and antiglutamate receptor 1 antibody encephalitis presenting as hemidystonia has been documented.[6] After treatment with botulinum toxin, there was significant improvement in the proband's cervical dystonic tremor and moderate improvement in her dysphonia (Video 1).
