Dielectric properties of nematic liquid crystal (LC) 5CB doped with Tarkosil nanoparticles (NP) were received and studied. As a result, graphs were obtained of the dependence of the capacity of the polymer-dispersed liquid crystal cell with 1wt% Tarkosil content on voltage for frequencies: 1 kHz, 10 kHz, 20 kHz, and 30 kHz and graphs of the dependence of the capacity of the polymer-dispersed liquid crystal cell with 0.1% Tarkosil content on voltages for frequencies: 1 kHz, 10 kHz, 20 kHz, and 30 kHz. The memory effect was discovered in polymer-dispersed LC with silicon dioxide NP. The largest hysteresis area was obtained at 10 kHz and a content of 1 wt% of silicon dioxide NP compared with other frequencies and 0.1 wt% because, at this frequency and concentration, a network of Tarkosil nanoparticles with a maximum number of cells is created, containing LC molecules.
