Abstrakt: The article discusses thermodynamic features of the nanopowders synthesis process by continuous high-energy electron beam evaporation. This technique has shown its efficiency in obtaining nanoparticles from a wide range of pure substances and their nitride carbide oxides. There are great prospects for increasing the method productivity by improving the control of process thermodynamics and temperature in the evaporation zone. This paper compares the heat removal intensity depending on the evaporation chamber configuration. An analysis of the reasons for the differences is carried out. The methodology for determining the evaporation zone temperature is being tested according to the data of heat removal from the upper evaporation chamber sections. The input power integral is also compared with changes in heat fluxes. The methods showed overestimated temperature values, however, the relative sensitivity allows for a deeper understanding of the evaporation process steps. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
