Abstrakt:	The article presents the discussion on socioeconomic and physical environmental factors influencing people's psychological distress. Topics include low-income groups, ethnic minorities, impoverished rural households, and migration workers due to the disruption of health service; and beginning of the pandemic, the regional traffic control and lockdown policies affecting the upcoming spring agricultural planting for the local farmers.
