In the present work, optimization of near plane strain tensile test specimen for four types of cold-rolled steel DC01, DC04, DP600, and DP1000 are studied using finite element code ABAQUS. The sample width (A), notch radius (R), and material anisotropy (r-value) were the main parameters considered in this study.
