Abstrakt: Considering the current state of energy saving in agriculture, it should be noted the significant energy intensity of tillage technological operations. In general, measures aimed at reducing energy costs during tillage are determined by the technology of agricultural crops cultivation and the optimization of parameters of working bodies. In order to reduce the energy intensity of the tillage process, the combined working bodies for layer by layer non-fall tillage of an improved design were developed at the Donskoy Agricultural Scientific Research Center. In particular, the design provides for the angle of sharpening of the rack of the working body in the cross section of 90o, as well as reducing the metal consumption of the structure, in terms of reducing the overall dimensions of the rack. During the research, it was found that the traction resistance for the working body equipped with a curved ripper was 5.01– 8.11 kN, which was 9% lower compared to the flat – cut ripper– 5.47– 8.69 kN. With such a percentage of the difference in traction resistance in the design of tillage machines, all variants of the layout of working bodies can be applied. It should be noted that the reduction in the metal consumption of the working body structure by 22.2% has a positive effect on operating conditions of the working bodies. As a result of studies of equilibrium conditions, it was found that the average values of accelerations of the working bodies for all variants of the layout are almost close to zero (0.019 – 0.044g – in the vertical direction; 0.011– 0.034 g – in the longitudinal direction; 0.012– 0.028 g – in the transverse direction), which indicates a stable flow of the technological process of the layer by layer non-tillage soil treatment.
