CoQ10 plays a crucial role in mitochondrial bioenergy & altering the mechanism of action in certain metabolic diseases, Twenty-five Albino wistar rats of weights 220 gm-270 gm, were at random spilt into two classes: 15 treated class& 10 of control class, the rats of treated class draw 300 mg/ kg of once a day dose of capsules of Co enzyme Q10 orally for six weeks, the results show any significant changes in the structure of thyroid follicles& the height of epithelial lining, except of insignificant increase in both diameter of thyroid follicles & height of epithelial lining which could be due to altering in metabolic effect of Co enzyme Q10.
