A mathematical model of laser cladding in a three-dimensional non-stationary approximation was developed, which makes it possible to consider the ultrasonic effect on the melt pool and the cladding layer during its solidification. The model equations are solved by the finite element method (strength) and finite volumes (heat and mass transfer) and allow you to calculate the dimensions of the deposited layer, melt pool, and heat affected zone with varying modes. The distribution of acoustic waves on the surface of the product was verified experimentally by the method of Chladni figures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
