Abstrakt: |
The article considers the methodology for the numerical calculation of a drying drum for removing moisture from granular carbon black. The necessity of developing the methodology of numerical calculation from the point of view of its field of application and problems to be solved has been substantiated. The description of the physical model of the drying drum as the basis for the digital model, as well as a complete list of boundary conditions and their parameters are presented as initial data. The main stages of the development of the methodology and their content are stated. The developed methodology and its results were tested. Based on the results of the calculated researches, it was concluded that the methodology can be used to analyze the influence of design and operating factors on the operation of the drying drum.
