In the manufacture of rolled and welded tube joints with tube sheets required for heat exchangers operating at high temperatures and pressures, arc welding operations are used. The technological process of manufacturing rolled and welded joints from high-alloy corrosion-resistant steels using arc welding is significantly complicated due to the need to use thermal operations to ensure the required performance properties. The article discusses alternative methods for producing rolled and welded tube joints with tube sheets, implying a departure from arc welding methods, such as laser welding, explosion welding and friction welding. Based on previously conducted studies on the appropriate methods for obtaining tube joints with tube sheets, as well as additional research carried out for this article, conclusions were drawn about the applicability and effectiveness of these methods, existing problems and possible ways to solve them.
