Ways to improve the technological properties of commercial grain and ensure its preservation.

Abstrakt: Problems of obtaining high-quality crop products, which are a raw material for the food industry, are distinguished by technological and environmental complexity. The combination of the plants natural characteristics, the state of the soil and climatic factors plays a decisive role in obtaining high-quality grain, suitable for its further processing. Research has been carried out on low-humus contaminated soil. The influence of fertilizers on the quality indicators of plant raw materials is shown. The use of biohumus helped to improve the technological properties of spring wheat grain. The most effective dose is 6 t / ha of biohumus for increasing gluten, macronutrient content and reducing the concentration of toxic elements. The use of ionizing radiation contributed to a decrease in the microbial environment and the population of pests present in the mass of commercial grain after threshing. The efficiency of treatment with ionizing radiation after 15 days of storage increases due to the pest sterilization effect. The optimal radiation dose is 0.8-1.0 kGy. It has been experimentally established that the quality and safety of commercial grain raw materials has a symbiotic effect on cultivation and storage technologies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
