Abstrakt: The issues of increasing the operation efficiency of mobile communication systems of next generations using adaptive noiseless coding are considered. The optimization method of the turbo code encoder and decoder operation is proposed using an adaptive choice of the state diagrams size with a new parameter of decoding uncertainty value. The method implementation allows us to provide the specified values of information reliability without reducing the paths throughput of systems and networks of 5G generation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
