This patient had an open palliative ileocolonic bypass anastomosis in another hospital due to an obstruction and a presumed liver and duodenum invasion; he received FOLFIRI chemotherapy in the meantime. I Dear Editor i , The aim of this video (Laparoscopic right colectomy with en bloc hepatectomy after an ileocolonic bypass) (Audio S1) is to demonstrate the possibility of laparoscopic resection for locally advanced colon cancer and the technical aspects of this surgery.
