The article presents a case study of a 23 year old woman who has been kicked in the chest by her horse. Topics include focuses on Current Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) guidance for the management of traumatic pneumothorax that recommends treatment with chest drain insertion; and considered that several patients underwent repeat chest x-ray during admission. |
