The article explores how 2020 was an extraordinary and traumatic year with COVID-19 an d the lessons it taught to the people. Topics include semblance of safety in terms of physical health but corona's consequences have taken a toll on mental and emotional health; and realized the importance of technological advancements and saw a rise of a digital era especially in the area of education and at an enterprise level that was seen prior to the crises situation. |
