The goals of this study were to spot the pathological lesions that result from the employment of gemcitabine on pancreatic tissue in female albino rats Rattus norvegicus. I tend to used 110 female adult rates three-four month old. The rats were classified into two groups, first group enclosed seventy rats, whereas the second group enclosed forty rats. The histopathological lesions of the pancreas showed cystic fibrosis, endocrine-exocrine transformation, edema, small islets that form little cells, blood vessel thickness, congestion of blood vessels, swelling of acne epithelial cells and clot in blood vessels.
