Bilateral breast metastasis from nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old female patient previously treated for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) with radiotherapy and chemotherapy presented with bilateral breast lumps after 1 year of treatment. On clinical examination, hard lump was palpable in the upper outer and inner quadrant of the left breast with the ipsilateral axillary lymphadenopathy and the bilateral papillae were pitted, and part of overlaying skin had an orange-like appearance.
