Abstrakt: Thin films of FexNi100x (x = 20, 17, 15%) deposited by magnetron sputtering onto glass and polymeric substrates are investigated for thicknesses ranging from 50 to 500 nm. On the basis of analysis of the angular dependences of magnetic resonance spectra, the multilayer structure [Cu/Fe20Ni80]5/Cu is selected as the most promising for sensor applications.
