Abstrakt: Keloid treatment remains challenging because keloids tend to be therapy resistant and show high recurrence rates. We report the case of a patient who suffered from major keloids on the scalp. After multiple sessions of intralesional cryotherapy, a complete eradication of the keloids was achieved.
