Today, discussion on Equality between men and women within social institutions refer to impartiality on available resources, opportunity and power usage. When expressing impartiality, particularly in Patriarchal societies, it also expresses the quality and enforceability of the rights that women and men have in social life. In this direction, managers are required to apply a management system with in the framework of ethical rules. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to find out the perception of the college members on ethical leadership and social gender, also how it changes according to some demographic factors. From this point of view, Data were collected from a total of 170 College members from the faculties of sports sciences and physical education and sports colleges. "Ethical Leadership Scale" and "Social Gender Perception Scale" were used as data collection tools. "T-Test, Anova and Pearson correlation test" were used to analyze the data. According to the results obtained; there was no significant difference between gender variant and ethical leadership. On the other hand, it has been observed some differences on social gender perceptions. It has been found significant differences between administrative duty, age, title and ethical leadership but it has not been observed differences on social gender perceptions. When we look at the relationship between ethical leadership and social gender perception, a positive direction has been determined. In this context to create social gender perception, it is important to make society accept ethical leadership mentality and it has been concluded that these perceptions vary according to some demographic factors.
