Films of linear-chain carbon (carbin-containing films) are a promising material for the manufacture of components of electronic equipment. However, temperature studies of the electrical characteristics of carbin-containing films by most scientific groups are limited to the low temperature range in which the quantum properties of nanostructures are most pronounced. As an example of thin films, carbinic films with a thickness of 20 and 400 nm are investigated on copper substrates using optical stimulated electron emission (OSEE) in the temperature range from room temperature to 400°C. Experimental data revealed a relationship between the spectral characteristics of electron emission and temperature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
