Abstrakt: When patients develop NF independent of NF-1 studies have shown they may occur in the following locations from most to least likely: posterior mediastinum, lung parenchyma, chest wall, anterior mediastinum, and thoracic inlet (1). We present a patient who experienced chest pain secondary to a posterior chest wall neurofibroma.
