The article discusses the efficient hydrogeological characterization of remote stream corridors with the use of drones. It states that thermal infrared, visual imagery and derived digital surface models are being used to inform conceptual models of groundwater/surfacewater exchange while geolocate zones of preferential groundwater discharge can be quantified using various ground-based methodology. |
