Abstrakt: Addison's disease is a primary adrenal insufficiency. It results from progressive destruction of adrenals. We present a literature review and two cases of pregnant women presenting for delivery. On clinical examination they were found to have Addison's disease with no significant clinical findings and only through the biochemical tests we could confirmed the diagnosis. Both patients were delivered by caesarean section. Postoperative evolution was uneventful both for the mother and for the babies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
