Effects of electroadhesive treatment on the surface structure of conductive coatings were investigated. Zinc films with a thickness of 1 µm were used as a starting material for the study. The modification of the Zn film deposited on the glass was carried out at a constant electric voltage U = 300 V, holding time t = 10 min and temperature T = 2500C. The application of the electric field substantially changes the structure of the film surface and contributes to the production of ZnO films with a developed surface consisting of one-dimensional nanocrystals of nanometer sizes.
