Abstrakt: The aluminium and its alloys welding has continually shown a good task for designers and technologists. Specifically heat-treatable aluminium alloys, are tough to merge by fusion fastening methods. The method was established primarily for aluminium alloys, meanwhile Friction Stir Welding (FSW) was established which is appropriate for merging huge number of materials. Through FSW, the process parameters like the travel Speed (mm/min), Rotation Speed (Rpm), Titling Angle and Bottom tool Diameter (mm) at the sample interface which prominently effects in the Mechanical quality such as Yield Strength - YS (Mpa), Tensile Strength - TS (Mpa), - YM (GPa) Elongation - E (%) & Young's Modulus of weld. The objective of the current work is to study these parameters when develop a weld of Dissimilar alloys, were shaped by VMC. For detailed study of these parameters, With L9 orthogonal array, trails were conducted. Grey relational Analysis analyse the mechanical quality of the output parameter. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
