The paper presents results of researches about evaluation of optimum modes and conditions of contact ultrasound influence on wound surface to remove (extract) pathological contents (infectant). In order to optimize modes and conditions of process, physical and mathematical model of converse ultrasonic capillary effect was proposed. The model allows to determine extraction rate depending on infectant physical properties, vibrations amplitude and structural characteristics of the radiator. Evaluated optimum modes and conditions allow to develop and to make ultrasonic waveguide-tools for implementation of extraction process. Made waveguide-tools were recommended to use in specialized medical surgery and conservative therapy devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
