Abstrakt: This article presents the information of nursing management innovations. The word "innovations" doesn't mean new technology but it also includes new social and organization changes. With the rapid changes in health care technology and resource scarcity, nurse administrations have implemented many organization changes. Few of these organization and management changes have been evaluated systematically for their impact on quality and cost. The managerial innovations in nursing that have been identified includes introduction of new technology, personnel development changes in the organization of work, changes in rewards and incentives.
