Abstrakt:	The article discusses dentists' use of what is referred to as teledentistry for dental care and dental consultations, through referencing the author's experience as a pediatric dentist. An overview the treatment of child dental patients through telecommunication in dentristy, including the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) of Finger Lakes Community Health in New York state's teledentristy program, is provided.
