Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old woman with history of ankylosing spondylitis being treated by methotrexate. The patient then underwent an angiogram, which reveals the risk of a Takotsubo syndrome caused by subconjunctival injection of mydricaine. The article also discusses the use of subconjuctival mydricane as treatment.
