In this paper the characteristics of the Joint Training program established in SENA, conceived as a training model implemented at the Centro de Electricidad y Automatización Industrial, CEAI, are described. This program allows deliver training in industrial automation over the Internet or Intranet. It enables the development of learning activities students enrolled in training courses of engineering institutes of higher national or international training, counterparts with SENA, using technological resources through the Web. A ratio of the structure established for the operation of this program and the learning activities to date is made. This paper is focused to share this experience with the educational community and to invite them for participating in this program. It is hoped, in the future, to form a large network of Latin American knowledge through which they can share experiences about teaching technical vocational training in automation of industrial processes.
