Abstrakt: The present study describes synthesis of Barium Oxide Nanoparticles decorated Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes and its gas sensing behavior towards NH3 and CO gases. The decorated MWCNT sensor has an enhanced sensing towards NH3 gas compare to pure MWCNT sensor and also has much reduced response and recovery time. The prepared sensing material is characterized by TEM, XRD and Thermal Gravimetric analysis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
