Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the rules adopted by Illinois Supreme Court regarding the mediation in accordance with the Illinois Uniform Mediation Act (IUMA). It mentions that various aspects of confidentiality comparing the approach of the IUMA with that of the various circuits that have not adopted the Act. It also mentions that the Rule 905 requires the circuits to establish a mediation program for cases involving the custody of a child or removal of a child or visitation issues.
