Abstrakt:	The article offers information on medical-loss-ratio (MLR) rebates in the small and large group insurance markets. Topics discussed include MLR includes the percent of premium dollars that health-insurance issuers spend on medical-care claims and expenses for activities to improve healthcare quality and composes an important provision in section 2718 of the Public Health Service Act as added by the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and rebate data received in the small group market.
