The article discusses the study on the history of special education and disability advocacy in the U.S. The study reportedly involved an examination of the Early Reform, Stagnation and Regression, and Contemporary Reform eras as well as the themes of special education in the said eras. These themes include treatment of people with disabilities after societal and cultural trends and changes in the views on disability. |
