The article presents several gay women and men related news. The New York City Representative Edward I. Koch has amended his federal gay civil rights bill to specify that employers would not have to hire quotas of gay men and women to make up for past discrimination. Another news item reports that Southern Bell Telephone Co. has refused to accept paid advertising from Miami, Florida's Christ Metropolitan Community Church. The company reserves the right to refuse advertising which are deemed to be offensive. |
