Abstrakt: A method for analysis of mammalian immunoglobulins--an analogue of enzyme immunoassay--with biotin-conjugated vegetable lectins as specific reagents was proposed. The method enables the use of biotin-conjugated lectins for studies of immunoglobulin glycosylation.
