| Abstrakt: |
The scientific investigations conducted first allow using a method of fluorescent probes for the diagnosis of human coronaviral intestinal infection. The method is characterised by sensitivity, specificity, reproductivity and proximity. It is comparable, according to these parameters, with the methods of the third generation and may be recommended for putting into practical work of virological laboratories. |
