Abstrakt: Capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) have been used in the analysis of the primary structure of recombinant human insulin-like growth factor I (rhIGF-I). CZE both complements and supplements HPLC separations. CZE has been used to resolve peaks which co-elute on HPLC, as well as to help establish the identity of tryptic fragments in peptide mapping experiments.
