Abstrakt: | Extrinsic dilute magnetic semiconductors achieve magnetic functionality through tailored interaction between a semiconducting matrix and a non-magnetic dopant. The absence of intrinsic magnetic impurities makes this approach promising to investigate the newly emerging field of 2D dilute magnetic semiconductors.
