| Abstrakt: | The psychiatric care team offers comprehensive, personalized support, raising public awareness, promoting mental equilibrium and combating stigmatization. Its role includes collaboration, communication, designing adapted treatment plans and creating a climate of trust to influence the quality of care. In this way, she contributes to a more inclusive and caring society. As such, her own state of well-being deserves special attention.
