Abstrakt:	The phenomenon of early motherhood, although marginal, is slightly higher in Le Havre than the national average. This observation, combined with a worrying socio-economic context, prompted a reflection on the need for specific support for these pregnancies: it led to the creation of a coordination system for early parenthood, piloted by Le Havre's Centre communal d'action sociale (CCAS).
