Abstrakt: A 20-year-old man survived acute massive arsenic ingestion. The resultant severe encephalopathy and peripheral neuropathy showed limited long-term recovery over the following two years. The patient's clinical course was followed using visual and auditory evoked potentials, computed tomography, electroencephalography, and electromyography.
