Abstrakt: The role of the fractional flow reserve to guide lower extremity peripheral vascular intervention, specifically in chronic limb-threatening ischemia, has remained unclear. This series presents a novel use of the fractional flow reserve in four patients to guide lower extremity endovascular interventions in patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia.
