He is currently a board member of ABPM and vice chair of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. H.O. is currently a board member of ABPM. J.D.M. received grant T42 OH008422 (New York/New Jersey Education and Research Center) from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and honorarium as editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Industrial Medicine (John Wiley & Sons, publisher). He is currently a board member of ABPM. C.C. is a full-time employee of ACT. ABPM contracted with ACT, Inc, to provide the research services described in this article; the contract has concluded. W.E.B. is currently Board Chair of ABPM. All authors are members of the ABPM Board except Carla Caro who works for ACT Credentialing and Career Services.
