Abstrakt: | In the review gene constructs and proteins used to impart osteoinductive properties to bone graft materials are compared. On the basis of clinical and experimental data the experience and prospects of their application in maxillofacial surgery and dentistry are described. Information about complications associated with the use of bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and vectors carrying its gene is provided. |
