Abstrakt:	The article presents basic methods of assessing and calculating production potential of medical organization. providing specialized medical care in round-the-clock hospital. The described techniques are used to develop standards of provision of medical care as part of territorial program of state guarantees of free medical care for citizens and to improve organizational processes of provision of medical car that allows to more efficiently apply available resources of medical organization.
