Abstrakt: Left cardiac sympathetic denervation is an effective therapy for patients with congenital long QT syndrome resistant to beta-blocker therapy. In this video tutorial we describe a minimally invasive video-assisted thoracoscopic technique for performing left cardiac sympathetic denervation.
