Abstrakt: Pemphigus foliaceus is a blistering autoimmune disease related to the production of autoantibodies against desmoglein 1. We present a patient with psoriasis and pemphigus foliaceus aggravated by enalapril and amlodipine intake, with successful response of both conditions to adalimumab therapy.
